Job summary

Compass International Holdings is hiring a Sales Recruiter to lead the talent acquisition strategy for our Sales (Strategic Growth) team. This onsite role partners with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to source, interview, and close qualified candidates while promoting the Compass culture.

You will drive end-to-end recruiting processes, build strong relationships, and leverage AI tools to improve sourcing and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Knowledge of Sales/Business Development/Strategic Growth roles and commission-based/OTE structures.
• Ability to creatively source and engage passive sales talent, including candidates not actively looking.
• Highly motivated self-starter with energy, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfort using AI tools and new technologies to improve sourcing, outreach, and recruiting workflows.
• High resiliency, sense of urgency and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline efficiently.
• Strong interviewing techniques experience.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive the recruiting process end-to-end: sourcing, interview guidance, offers, negotiations, candidate close.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
• Drive talent strategy across multiple stakeholders.
• Continuously source active and passive candidates via referrals, networks and research tactics.
• Leverage AI to enhance sourcing, research, engagement and efficiency.
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote Compass to strong candidates.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
