Compass International Holdings is seeking a Sales Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for the Sales (Strategic Growth) team in an onsite San Diego role. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to drive sourcing, interviewing guidance, offers, negotiations and candidate close.

You will build relationships with candidates and business partners, drive talent strategy, and continuously source top sales talent using referrals, networking, and research, while upholding

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with Sales/Business Development/Strategic Growth roles and commission-based/OTE.
• Ability to creatively source and engage passive sales talent.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing guidance, offers, negotiations, closing.
