• 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Sales/Business Development/Strategic Growth roles and commission-based/OTE.
• Proficient in sourcing and engaging passive talent, including candidates not actively looking for opportunities.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive the recruiting process from sourcing through offer extensions and close.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
• Drive talent strategy across stakeholders and sourcing channels.
• Continuously source active and passive candidates via referrals, databases, and research tactics.
• Leverage AI to enhance sourcing, research, engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
