Job summary

Compass is hiring a Sales Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its growing Sales (Strategic Growth) team. This onsite role collaborates with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to design sourcing strategies, manage interviews and offers, and promote Compass culture.

You will source active and passive candidates, leverage AI in recruiting, and build strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality across the process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Sales/Business Development/Strategic Growth skill sets and commission-based/OTE roles.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively source and engage passive sales talent, including candidates who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity.
• High energy, strong organizational skills and resilience.
• Experience with AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing and recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive the recruiting process end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing guidance, offers, negotiations, candidate close.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
• Drive talent strategy across stakeholders.
• Continuously source candidates via referrals, networking, internal databases, and research tactics.
• Leverage AI to enhance sourcing, research, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency.
• Act as a brand ambassador to attract Compass candidates and maintain confidentiality.
