Job summary

Compass International Holdings is looking for a Sales Recruiter who will drive the company’s talent acquisition strategy for our growing Sales (Strategic Growth) team. This onsite role partners with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to develop sourcing, interviewing, offers, negotiations and candidate close.

You will build strong relationships with candidates and business partners, leverage AI to enhance sourcing, and act as a brand ambassador to attract top talent while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Sales/Business Development/Strategic Growth roles and commission-based/OTE.
• Ability to creatively source and engage passive sales talent.
• Highly motivated self-starter with high energy and strong organizational skills.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and recruiting workflows.
• Excellent interviewing techniques and strong written/oral communication.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficient in Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive the recruiting process from beginning to end: sourcing, guidance through the interview process, offer extensions, negotiations and candidate close
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners
• Drive talent strategy across different stakeholders
• Continuously source active and passive candidates through referrals, networking, internal databases and research tactics
• Leverage AI to enhance sourcing, research, candidate engagement and recruiting efficiency
• Act as a brand ambassador; attract and market Compass International Holdings to candidates
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
