Job summary

Compass is seeking a Sales Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for our growing Sales (Strategic Growth) team. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to source, interview, and close candidates, while promoting Compass culture internally and externally.

This onsite role requires strong relationship-building, high activity levels, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve sourcing and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales/Business Development/Strategic Growth roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and manage a full pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Drive the recruiting process from sourcing to offers and close.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and partners.
• Shape talent strategy across stakeholders.
• Continuously source active and passive candidates through referrals and research.
• Leverage AI to improve sourcing, outreach and efficiency.
• Act as a brand ambassador to attract Compass International Holdings talent.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
