Compass is hiring a Sales Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for its Sales/Strategic Growth teams in a fully onsite role in the United States. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to drive sourcing strategies, manage candidate relationships, and promote Compass culture.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills for sales roles, and comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with Sales/Business Development/Strategic Growth roles and commission-based/OTE roles.
• Ability to creatively source and engage passive sales talent.
• Highly motivated self-starter with high energy, attention to detail and organization.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing and recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive the recruiting process from beginning to end: sourcing, interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
• Drive talent strategy across different stakeholders.
• Continuously source active and passive candidates through referrals, networking, databases and research tactics.
• Leverage AI to enhance sourcing, research, candidate engagement and recruiting efficiency.
• Act as a brand ambassador to attract and market Compass International Holdings.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
