Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred and relevant sales leadership experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Sales and Human Capital Management of HR Outsourcing offerings.
• Experience leading a matrix team and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a matrix team of internal sales support and partners to execute divisional initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs to measure progress and diagnose opportunities.
• Consult senior leadership on measures to drive performance and compensation enhancements.
• Guide strategy planning using data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.
• Optimize sales coverage and forecasting to improve growth.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition and retention through compensation strategies and onboarding.
• Support policy improvements aligned to Paychex values and future state vision.
• Inspect and enforce sales policy and procedures for consistency.
• Partner with internal teams to build business cases for changes.
• Coordinate with Sales Enablement to explore tools for operational excellence.
