Paychex in Irving, TX seeks a strategic Sales Initiatives leader to plan and execute divisional programs aligned with the Sr. VP of Sales. The role drives performance across key KPIs and leads a matrix team of sales support and partners.

You'll analyze data, influence compensation and recruitment strategies, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement policy improvements and reinforce best practices that accelerate growth while upholding Paychex values.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management/sales experience with knowledge of Sales and expert knowledge of Human Capital Management of Human Resource Outsourcing offerings.
• 1 year of experience in Leading a matrix team and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a matrix team of internal sales support and partners to execute divisional initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs to measure progress and diagnose opportunities.
• Advise senior leadership on measures to drive performance and sales processes.
• Provide guidance for strategy planning through data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.
• Optimize sales coverage and forecasting.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment for talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Advise on policy improvements aligned to Paychex values.
• Ensure compliance with corporate practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead DSM round tables and share best practices.
