Paychex is seeking a strategic Sales Operations leader to guide the direction of a designated business unit and align with enterprise goals in Tempe, AZ. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT is preferred.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in Operations management of processes and tools.
• 4 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains overall accountability and monitors sales operational activities, training and procedures to ensure standardization and compliance with Corporate and divisional practices.
• Manages the Sales Operations, Sales Policy and Sales Communications across the assigned Sales Divisions.
• Provides guidance and coaching for strategy planning through assessment of sales methodologies, data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.
• Assists in the development of KPI's and provides direction on sales execution initiatives and strategies.
• Leads divisional strategies, sales projects and initiatives.
• Partners with HR/OD leadership on talent acquisition, compensation, incentives, onboarding, and sales training.
• Works with Sales Operations to modify training materials to match product changes.
• Collaborates with Sales Enablement to optimize business processes and build business cases for tech needs.
• Partners with Product Management, Marketing & Development to represent Sales Division on projects.
• Coordinates communications to sales management regarding issues and requirements.
• Equips the organization with operational excellence to improve performance.
