Job summary

Paychex is seeking a leader to drive Strategic Sales Initiatives, reporting to the Sr. VP of Sales and Division VPs. You will oversee execution and outcomes of divisional initiatives and manage matrix teams to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of management/sales experience with knowledge of Sales and Human Capital Management of HR outsourcing offerings.
• 1 year of experience in leading a matrix team and/or project management.

• Coordinates a collaborative matrix team of internal sales support and partners to execute divisional initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs to measure progress against success criteria and identify opportunities.
