Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 years of management/sales experience with knowledge of Sales and HCM outsourcing offerings.
• 1 year leading a matrix team and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a collaborative matrix team of internal sales support and partners to execute divisional initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs on key sales initiatives to measure progress against KPIs and identify opportunities.
• Advise senior leadership on measures to drive performance and improve sales processes.
• Guide strategy planning through assessment of sales methodologies and data-driven insights.
• Optimize sales coverage and distribution via territory assessment and forecasting.
• Partner with HROD on talent acquisition, onboarding, and sales training.
• Consult with leadership on policy improvements aligned to Paychex values.
• Inspect and enforce sales policy, process methodology, and performance conditions.
• Collaborate with internal partners to build business cases for changes from leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement to explore tools for process optimization.
• Coordinate and monitor sales activities to ensure standardization and continuous improvement.
• Conduct DSM round tables, office hour meetings, and best practices discussions.
• Analyze districts using data to identify trends and opportunities in DSM management operations.
