Job summary

Paychex seeks a Strategic Initiatives Lead for Sales to drive planning and execution of divisional initiatives. You will be accountable for outcomes and KPI results, coordinating a matrix team of internal sales support and corporate partners.

You will partner with senior leadership to implement measures that boost performance, optimize sales coverage, and align with Paychex values while guiding strategy with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years in management/sales with HR outsourcing knowledge.
• 1 year leading a matrix team or managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a matrix sales support and partners to execute divisional initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs to measure progress and identify opportunities.
• Advise senior leadership on measures to boost performance in sales processes.
• Provide strategy planning guidance using data-driven insights and competitive intel.
• Optimize sales coverage and territory growth forecasting.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition, onboarding excellence, and sales training.
