Job summary

Paychex is seeking a strategic initiatives lead for Sales to drive divisional initiatives and KPIs, working with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and performance. You will collaborate with leadership and HR to advance compensation, recruiting, and training programs while guiding data-driven decisions across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of management/sales with knowledge of Human Capital Management offerings.
• 1 year of leading a matrix team and/or project management.
• Sales/Management/Marketing/Auditing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a matrix team of internal sales support and partners to execute divisional key initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs to measure progress and identify opportunities.
• Advise senior leadership on measures to drive performance via improved sales processes.
• Provide strategy planning through data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.
• Optimize sales coverage and forecasting.
• Collaborate with HR on compensation, recruitment, onboarding, and sales training.
• Ensure policy compliance and alignment with Paychex values.
• Lead round tables and district performance reviews.
• Analyze districts to identify trends and opportunities in DSM management operations.
