• Proven track record in sales, preferably in food brokerage.

• Achieve Sales Goals: deliver volume, share and sales fundamentals while maximizing revenue.
• Strategic Communication with Retail teams to ensure in-store presence.
• Leadership and Reporting to General Manager or Team Leader on new principals.
• Relationship Building with principals and customers to foster collaboration.
• Coordinate ongoing communication between General Managers and principals on initiatives.
• Use market insights to develop sales presentations and programs.
• Provide feedback to principals and management on strategies and improvements.
• Maintain accurate account and pricing information and report competitive activity.

• Ensure all client procedures are followed and manage promotional funds and deductions.
