Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in analytical, operational, or project management-type roles.
• Experience using Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, AI agents and other tools to build reports and automate processes.
• Self-starter and team player who can partner effectively with other teams to define goals and optimize initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute operational efforts and improve efficiency with minimal supervision.
• Conduct root cause analyses of business operations pain points related to sales compensation structures and platform integration.
• Measure impact of efforts to validate results and sustain improved performance.
• Promote data‑driven decision‑making and contribute to ongoing optimization.
• Support multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
