Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in analytical, operational, or project management roles.
• Fast learner in a fast-paced environment with data-driven mindset.
• Experience using Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, AI agents and related tools to build reports and automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute operational efforts to improve efficiency with minimal supervision.
• Conduct root cause analyses of sales compensation structures and software integration.
• Measure impact to validate results and sustain improvements.
• Promote data-driven decision making and optimize initiatives across projects.
• Manage multiple work streams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and modeling to inform decisions.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and assets within budget.
