Devoted Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support operations for a multichannel sales force and to help develop sales-enablement technology for compensation structures and external software integrations.

You will plan, execute, analyze, and optimize processes, working with stakeholders across the organization to deliver timely, measurable improvements. Strong analytical, project-management, and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytical, operational, or project management roles.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness with processes.
• Experience building reports and automating processes.
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multichannel sales force operations and sales-enablement technology.
• Plan and execute operational efforts with minimal supervision.
• Conduct root cause analyses of sales compensation and integrations.
• Measure impact of initiatives and ensure sustainability.
• Promote data-driven decision making and ongoing optimization.
• Support multiple projects and stakeholders across teams.
• Perform ad hoc analytics and modeling to inform decisions.
• Align needs and deliverables and manage timely delivery of projects.
• Prioritize requests and adapt processes in a fast-paced environment.
