Devoted is seeking a Senior Analyst to scale sales operations and optimize multi-channel engagement while delivering best-in-class service and outcomes for members. You will support the sales force, help build enablement tech, and partner with teams to drive compensation structures and external software integrations.

You’ll apply data-driven decision making, own parts of the business, and grow into broader responsibilities in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in analytical, operational, or project management-type roles.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to build reports, automate processes, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Scope, plan, and execute operational efforts and improve their efficiency with minimal supervision.
• Conduct root cause analyses of business operations pain points related to sales compensation structures and external software integration.
• Measure impact and ensure mechanisms are in place to sustain improvements.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and contribute to ongoing optimization.
• Support multiple projects and coordinate input from diverse stakeholders.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and modeling to understand key business areas.
• Align needs and ensure timely delivery of projects and assets.
