Job summary

HealthVerity, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Associate to design and support our sales processes, CRM, and analytics.

You will work with the Senior Director, Sales Operations to manage day-to-day needs, implement tools, and build dashboards that drive efficiency and commercial success. Responsibilities include enabling the sales rhythm, producing BI reports with SQL, and helping optimize incentive programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Operations or related role, preferably in SaaS/startup.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Excel; experience with dashboards.
• Comfort manipulating data with SQL and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of Sales processes and CRM.
• Produce analytics and dashboards to track performance.
• Assist with Incentive Compensation Plans for the Sales team.
• Identify process improvements and support cross-functional projects.
• Create reports in CRM and BI tools and monitor KPIs.
• Help reduce bottlenecks and introduce automation where needed.
