Job summary

TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods is seeking a highly capable Sales Operations Leader to optimize the North America sales function. You will own the reporting infrastructure, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health across multiple product lines, and drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing and Customer Success.

You will partner with sales leadership to refine processes, support territory design, and implement governance across Salesforce and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or related roles in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Expert-level Salesforce proficiency including reporting, automation, and governance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end processes for cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure across North America sales, including forecasts and regional metrics.
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps in forecast accuracy and sales cycle, recommending improvements.
• Own rolling forecasts and quota models aligned to product portfolio and regional targets.
• Partner with Marketing and Customer Success on reporting linking pipeline health to outcomes.
• Provide ad hoc analytics support on product resourcing, engineering forecasts, and territory planning.
