This role partners with Sales, Finance and Leadership to drive data-driven insights and AI-enabled automation, optimizing CRM and BI processes.

• Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to analyze performance and implement scalable improvements.
• Forecast, pipeline management and deal review to support GTM execution.
• Translate data into insights for executive decision-making and growth initiatives.
• Maintain KPI dashboards and standardized reporting for leadership reviews.
• Ensure CRM data integrity and governance across the sales organization.
• Identify automation opportunities with Power Automate and AI-enabled analytics.
