Job summary

GDM Seeds is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Westfield, IN team. You will serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to support customer accounts, product requests, and shipments.

The role emphasizes data integrity, process discipline, and collaboration across departments to ensure accurate balances and timely execution of sales strategies. Candidates should reside within commuting distance or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination preferred.
• Knowledge of the seed or agricultural industry preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and meet MVR guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to internal sales teams and external customers.
• Manage customer accounts: product requests, orders, shipments, settlements.
• Serve as the primary Sales Support expert for the region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting to meet deadlines.
• Maintain data integrity in systems and reporting.
• Provide system and processing support for compliance with controls.
• Guide customers and sales teams through new processes and tools.
• Support continuous improvement and develop subject matter expertise.
• Ensure compliance with corporate timelines and deadlines.
• Communicate brand directives across customer interactions.
• Uphold professionalism and positive image of GDM Genetics, AgriGold Hybrids, and Mustang Seeds.
