Job summary

GDM Seeds is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to enable sales growth and operational efficiency. You will serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain and Finance, managing customer accounts, coordinating product requests and shipments, and supporting sales execution.

Based at Westfield, IN or nearby locations, candidates must reside within commuting distance or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Prior customer service, sales support, or account coordination experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the seed or agricultural industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, responsive customer service to internal sales teams and external customers.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, including product requests, order coordination, shipment execution, and settlement.
• Serve as the primary Sales Support expert for the assigned region on processes, systems and activities.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting to ensure timely execution of key deliverables.
• Maintain data integrity in systems, reporting, and financial outcomes.
• Provide system and transaction support to ensure compliant sales activities.
• Influence account behavior to align with sales and operating plans, guiding customers and teams.
• Support continuous improvement by developing SME in systems, processes, or areas.
• Ensure compliance with corporate timelines and deadlines for accounts and responsibilities.
• Communicate and implement brand directives consistently in customer interactions.
• Uphold professionalism and a positive image of GDM Genetics, AgirGold Hybrids, and Mustang Seeds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
