Responsibilities

• Own CRM data integrity and keep records accurate and reportable.
• Maintain the sales pipeline across gov, schools, police & fire, and wholesale accounts.
• Oversee trade show logistics and follow-up.
• Create polished sales presentations and proposals from rough inputs.
• Track action items and ensure timely closure across the team.
• Coordinate the sales calendar and travel agendas.
• Process sales documents including orders and quotations.
