Job summary

i3D Manufacturing is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team. You will keep customer records, sales tools, and internal processes organized and up to date, reporting to the Sales Manager.

The role emphasizes CRM data integrity, masterfile administration, SOP development, and collaboration with Sales Engineers, production, and finance to ensure timely quotes and smooth handoffs. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a sales support, operations, or coordinator role.
• Experience working with a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and opportunity records in the CRM.
• Monitor data hygiene, flag duplicate or outdated entries for correction.
• Support pipeline tracking by updating opportunity stages and follow-up tasks.
• Assist in building and refining CRM reports, dashboards, and views for leadership.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics for the sales team.
