Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 1855 - North Charleston is seeking a capable Business Development Coordinator to support the Director of Sales by maintaining CRM integrity, auditing BDR activity, and preparing executive reports. The role coordinates communication across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to ensure processes are followed and data is accurate.

As the organization grows, the BDC may support multiple divisions and evolve to handle additional initiatives, systems and operational duties,

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Sales with daily administrative tasks
• Maintain CRM integrity and audit BDR activity
• Prepare reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards
• Coordinate communication between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
• Assist onboarding and training of BDRs
• Coordinate marketing materials, trade shows and events
• Identify process improvements to increase accountability
