Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Sales with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the company's CRM system.
• Audit BDR activity, GPS records, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate communication between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Assist onboarding and training of new BDRs.
• Coordinate marketing materials, trade shows, and community events.
• Identify process improvements that increase accountability and efficiency.
