Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Williamsburg, VA is seeking an on-site Recruiter to source, interview, and hire sales and marketing talent across a dynamic portfolio. You will manage full life-cycle recruiting, report metrics, and partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, building a strong employer brand, and coordinating media campaigns within budget. Prior agency experience and Workday ATS familiarity are a plus; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full life-cycle recruiting, sales/marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Agency/Search firm experience is a plus.
• Sourcing passive candidates via direct sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Workday ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and manage the sales and marketing hiring process.
• Exceed recruiting metrics: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Document and report weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics.
• Partner with other recruiters to share best practices.
• Develop a yearly recruiting action plan and adjust monthly.
• Build the site’s brand recruitment advertising and sourcing collateral.
• Work with hiring managers to ensure processes are followed.
• Manage site recruiting media campaigns within budget.
• Participate in site/area recruiting networking projects.
• Occasionally work nights and weekends as needed.
• This is an on-site position based in Williamsburg, VA.
