Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a recruiter to source, hire, and manage the sales and marketing hiring process for its Williamsburg, VA site. You will exceed hiring metrics and partner with hiring managers and fellow recruiters to share best practices.

The role involves developing annual recruiting plans, building branding materials, and coordinating media campaigns within budget, with occasional night/weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full life-cycle recruiting, sales/marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Agency/Search firm experience is a plus.
• Sales/Marketing Recruitment experience is a plus.
• Ability to source passive candidates via direct sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in proactive recruiting, sourcing, presentation, interviewing, negotiating and networking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday).

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and manage the sales and marketing hiring process.
• Exceed recruiting metrics including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Document and report weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics for analysis.
• Partner with other recruiters to share best practices and meet region objectives.
• Develop a yearly recruiting action plan and adjust monthly.
• Build recruitment advertising and sourcing materials for the site.
• Work with hiring managers and trainers to ensure processes are followed.
• Manage site recruiting campaigns and distribution within budget.
• Participate in site/area recruiting networking to share best practices.
