Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a successful recruiter to source, recruit, and manage the sales and marketing hiring process across sites. You will partner with colleagues to meet site goals and report metrics while developing sourcing strategies and creative campaigns.

The role requires strong communication, proactive sourcing, and experience with ATS (Workday). Excellent collaboration with hiring managers and trainers is essential.

Qualifications

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Agency/search firm experience preferred.
• Sales/marketing recruitment experience is a plus.
• Ability to source passive candidates directly.
• Occasional night/weekend work as needed.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive recruiting, sourcing, interviewing and negotiation skills.
• MS Office including Excel (intermediate).
• Experience with ATS; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and manage the sales and marketing hiring process.
• Maintain recruiting and retention programs to meet monthly site goals.
• Partner with other recruiters to share best practices.
• Document and report metrics weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Develop yearly recruiting action plan and adjust monthly as needed.
• Manage site's recruiting media campaigns within budget.
• Work with hiring managers and trainers to ensure processes are followed.
• Build site sourcing library of creative collateral.
