You will develop high-performing teams, optimize pricing, and champion SupplyOne values while delivering value-added packaging solutions. This role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations for the division and drive growth.
• Collaborate with Northeast president and regional leadership to pursue opportunities.
• Champion cultural integration post-acquisition and align values.
• Partner with plant management on demand and capacity planning.
• Develop and manage the sales and customer service teams to deliver service excellence.
• Negotiate with high-profile accounts across multiple sectors.
• Oversee RFQ processes from start to finish, including pricing.
• Develop talent for new sales hires and improve speed-to-market.
• Resolve escalations in customer service beyond sales scope.
• Communicate price adjustments during linerboard market changes.
• Coordinate production and capacity strategies to ensure uninterrupted service.
