• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Proven track record in corrugated box/packaging industry with full sales cycle experience.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, capacity planning, and operational efficiency.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and integrating post-acquisition cultures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and industry-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations for the division to achieve significant growth.
• Collaborate with Northeast leadership to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Champion cultural integration post-acquisition and embed company values.
• Partner with plant management to align strategies with demand and capacity.
• Manage and develop the sales and customer service teams to ensure a service-focused culture.
• Direct negotiations for high-profile accounts across multiple sectors.
• Oversee RFQ processes from initiation to contract finalization, including pricing strategy.
• Develop talent in new sales hires with emphasis on speed-to-market and responsiveness.
• Lead escalation resolution for customer service issues beyond sales scope.
• Communicate price adjustments during linerboard market changes to internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate production and capacity strategies to ensure uninterrupted service.
