Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and to work outside regular hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Sales Counselors to meet customer needs and exceed location sales quotas.
• Develop marketing programs aligned with geography and demographics; analyze competitor pricing.
• Review pre-need and at-need contracts to ensure compliance with laws; approve discounts.
• Maintain marketing materials, training manuals, sales equipment, and office spaces in a professional manner.
• Ensure all sales counselors follow the Code of Conduct and maintain licensing compliance.
