Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead sales teams driving revenue across funeral and cemetery/mausoleum segments in the Green Bay area. The role emphasizes coaching, program implementation, and strategic planning to achieve multi-million-dollar targets.

The position requires at least 3 years in sales leadership, experience with CRM systems, and strong knowledge of industry regulations. Travel within the territory and evenings/weekends work are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales management experience with a proven revenue quota across multiple business segments.
• Funeral, cemetery, and mausoleum industry experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state industry regulations.
• Strong sales cycle and team motivator skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and guide sales reps to meet monthly quotas and review reports.
• Shadow sales associates during presentations and provide actionable feedback.
• Develop plans to increase revenue and reduce missed opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Management to improve customer satisfaction and online reputation.
• Review quota projections with Sales Directors and adjust plans as needed.
