Mastercard seeks a Sales Manager for its Test & Learn platform to close new and expand existing client opportunities. You will develop strategies, build pipelines, and present to senior executives, driving multi-year deals with major clients across Retail, Travel, Digital, and more.

You will collaborate with product and analytics teams to translate data into compelling, revenue-generating proposals and grow a global client base. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

Strong sales ability with cold pipeline and quota attainment.
Experience selling software or data-driven solutions.
Solid analytics understanding to translate data into solutions.
Ability to engage senior-level client audiences and present complex solutions.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building to close large deals.
