Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in credit card product performance and profitability modeling across products (consumer, small business, and commercial)
• Deep understanding of profitability drivers and how to evaluate a P&L for strategic risks and opportunities
• Strong quantitative, financial, and data analysis skills
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly in writing and in executive discussions
• Experience leading delivery across multiple workstreams with stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements across industries and problem statements
• Direct the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients leveraging data and technology to unlock value
• Interface with client executives and functional leaders to achieve commercial success
• Provide trusted business advisory and generate enthusiasm for Mastercard recommendations
• Lead end-to-end profitability and business-casing engagements for credit card products
• Develop client-ready P&L and business-case models with clear assumptions and sensitivities
• Synthesize analyses into clear recommendations and executive-ready storylines and slides
• Oversee data requests, transformation, validation, and analysis to identify drivers of revenue, cost, risk, and retention
• Evaluate strategic options like co-brand and loyalty constructs and channel strategies
• Guide team through complex problem solving and mentor junior members
