Job summary

BEUMER Group in New Jersey seeks a Sales Manager for Logistic Systems to drive strategic sales and expand our footprint in logistics technology. The role demands enterprise B2B experience, deep logistics knowledge, and a knack for translating client needs into end-to-end system solutions.

You will design sales strategies, manage end-to-end processes, mentor a sales team, and collaborate with marketing to win opportunities, including RFPs and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or technical field required.
• 5-7 years of highly relevant sales experience in industrial automation, material handling, or palletizing/packaging.
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in Logistic Systems.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to mentor a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead sales strategies to penetrate new and existing customer segments.
• Develop annual sales plans and strategic initiatives to achieve targets.
• Manage the entire sales process including training, mentorship, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop measurable strategies supporting sales initiatives.
• Lead complex sales presentations, RFPs, and negotiations.
