Job summary

BEUMER Group North America seeks a Director of Project Execution, Logistics Systems to lead a portfolio of complex automated material handling and warehouse automation projects. This role reports to executive leadership and partners with customers and global teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will drive portfolio performance, establish best practices, and mentor a team of Sr. Project Managers while maintaining focus on safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; PMP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of large, complex logistics systems projects.
• Establish and drive project management standards and governance aligned with PMI/BEUMER Group practices.
• Lead and mentor Sr. Project Managers to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Act as executive escalation point for critical risks, commercial issues, and customer concerns.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships and ensure alignment on objectives and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Installation, and Service teams.
