We seek a Sales Manager, Logistic Systems who can drive strategic sales, build new business, and expand key accounts in a competitive enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of industrial automation or logistics system sales experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or technical field required.
• 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience in industrial automation or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and close complex deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration (marketing, systems, support).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies to penetrate new and existing customer segments.
• Develop annual sales plans and initiatives to achieve targets.
• Manage the full sales process including training, mentoring, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to develop solutions and proposals.
• Lead complex RFPs, negotiations, and technical solution development.
• Ensure margins by coordinating with project management and services.
