• Summarize key department KPIs for leadership.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities and threats.
• Provide regular reporting to Sales Director and Executive Team.
• Support product management with feedback and development input.
• Ensure SOPs, 5S, and continuous improvement in the department.
• Coordinate advertising and promotions with Creative and Marketing.
• Build relationships with industry partners and attend trade shows.
• Lead sales meetings with site selection and agenda planning.
