Goodmark Nurseries, LLC is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own a portfolio of key customer relationships and drive revenue growth. You will lead strategic account plans, mentor Account Managers, and coordinate with production, operations, and sales leadership to ensure superior service.

This role emphasizes long-term partnerships, proactive account development, and collaboration across teams to meet sales goals and profitability. Travel to customer sites and industry events is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years previous sales experience.
• Bachelor Degree in horticulture or related field strongly preferred.
• The capacity to conduct tours and visual inspections of the nursery.
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and profitability goals.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts.
• Develop strategic account plans for assigned customers.
• Mentor and support Account Managers.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and operations teams.
• Represent Goodmark Nurseries at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
• Assist with account receivable and collection efforts.
