You will develop business strategies, forecast sales, and manage a team of sales and admin staff, including coaching and training. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years supervising or managing sales personnel.
• Experience developing comprehensive sales strategies.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans for the business unit.
• Develop the sales forecast and manage goals and budgets.
• Direct a sales and administrative staff including hiring and coaching.
• Assist with new customer solicitation, bid preparation and retention strategies.
• Review CRM funnel and performance versus goals with the team.
• Proactively contact accounts to identify needs and issues.
• Participate in pricing strategy to meet company objectives.
• Travel between Amarillo/Abilene as required.
