Job summary

Ultipro in Amarillo, TX seeks a Service Manager to lead daily service department operations, coach staff, and drive budgeting and safety initiatives. The role concentrates on improving customer satisfaction, profitability, and on-time project completion while managing KPIs and staff development.

The position requires aBachelor's degree with several years of experience, strong budgeting skills, and advanced MS Office proficiency. Local travel up to 10% and on-call rotation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with 3 years’ experience; or five (5) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge and experience in budgeting and cost/revenue projections.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the service department.
• Coach staff and manage resources to achieve company goals in employee and customer satisfaction, market share, and profitability.
• Responsible for annual budgeting process the service department.
• Responsible for Contamination Control standards in the service department.
• Responsible for leading all safety initiatives and accountable for safety performance in the service department.
• Confers with subordinate supervisory personnel and comprehends staff reports to obtain data and projected completion dates.
• Maintains accurate schedule and up to date communication practices for all Service work.
• Manages Work In Process and KPIs for work orders, processes, and personnel and meets performance goals.
• Manages Career Path and Learning Plans for departmental staff.
• Participates in on call rotation for the service department.
