Job summary

TK Elevator in Raleigh, NC seeks a Sales Manager- Service/Repair/Modernization to drive revenue and growth across three lines of business. You will lead the branch’s sales team, build key customer relationships, and ensure on-time bids and profitable projects.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of B2B elevator industry sales experience, with a proven track record in Service/Repair and Modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of directly related sales experience in the elevator industry.
• Proven success in B2B field sales with experience selling services in a competitive market.
• Ability to guide direct reports through contract proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and manage multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales force across Service, Repair, Modernization lines.
• Drive revenue, profit margins, and overall sales growth.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts.
• Ensure bids are approved per approvals levels and submitted timely.
• Collaborate with Operations for strategic leads and labor estimating.
• Monitor sales activity using CRM and manage incentives.
• Forecast booking activity and review performance against targets.
