Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive assistant, administrative, sales support or related roles.
• Experience in industrial distribution or technical environments.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative and organizational support partner to the Sales Manager.
• Manage and coordinate the Sales Manager's calendar, meetings, appointments, and priorities.
• Prepare the Sales Manager for meetings by gathering information, reports, presentations, and other materials.
• Track action items and follow-up commitments from meetings to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, customer visits, sales events, and team activities.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
• Compile sales activity, bookings, revenue, quotes, pipeline, and performance information.
• Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring team performance against goals and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update information in applicable systems.
• Handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion.
