Axon Enterprise is seeking a highly capable Sales Engineer for the EMEA region. You will communicate technical value, design and present architecture scenarios, and support PoC engagements with public safety customers across Europe.

Your role involves close collaboration with sales, services, and partners to ensure successful delivery and customer outcomes. Strong German and English, plus willingness to travel, are essential.

Formación

• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Network Engineer or similar related field.
• Ability to communicate technical value using contextual stories to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel 70% and some international travel.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
• Passport and clean driving license required.
• Fluent native German and excellent English.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems, VMS and IP networking.
• Experience with SaaS and on-premise software.
• Experience with data integration and data analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/OpenStack).

Responsabilidades

• Support the technical and value aspects of the sales effort across territory.
• Assist in transitioning opportunities to delivery via Professional Services and Partners.
• Develop regional opportunities and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
• Present Axon value propositions at industry events.
• Document customer feature requests and issues for feedback to sales and product teams.
• Provide support to product Tests and Evaluations.
• Coordinate with global teams for best practices.
