1Kosmos is seeking a Strategic Sales Director – West to drive growth across select verticals and the Western United States. This senior role demands closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals, and credible engagement with CISO, CIO, and procurement leaders.

You will own GTM strategy, build pipeline, and collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver outcomes for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure SaaS deals.
• Experience owning a combination territory (verticals + geography).
• Comfort with executive-level engagement and multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution.
• Lead executive engagement with CISO, CIO, VP of Identity, Security, and Procurement.
• Articulate differentiated value across identity verification and passwordless authentication.
• Navigate complex enterprise deal cycles with security, legal, procurement approvals.
• Collaborate with channel partners on partner-assisted deals.
