Job summary

The role requires 4+ years in strategic semiconductor sales, a strong technical foundation, and a track record of exceeding targets, with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (MBA a plus). Base salary of $160,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of strategic sales experience in semiconductor or related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor technologies.
• Experience managing complex multi-level sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of business dynamics and strategies.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and drive a sales pipeline for processor IP technology and software solutions.
• Develop and manage sales pipeline, drive market penetration and revenue.
• Collaborate with Application Engineers, Marketing, Legal, Finance and executives.
• Negotiate contracts with customers and internal teams.
• Translate customer needs into viable internal solutions and strategies.
• Provide market feedback to R&D and Marketing to inform roadmaps.
• Maintain regular account strategy updates and progress reports.
