ProteanTecs Ltd. in Santa Clara, CA, seeks an experienced and strategic VP of Worldwide Field Engineering to lead our global Field Engineering organization end-to-end and own the technical customer journey across accounts worldwide.

You will partner with the CTO, R&D, and Sales to drive adoption, integration, and expansion of our semiconductor IP and EDA solutions, shaping a high-impact leadership role with travel across regions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in semiconductor industry with Field/Applications/Customer Engineering experience.
• Proven global leadership across multiple geographies and teams.
• Hands-on foundation in SoC/ASIC design flows and EDA tool integration.
• Proven track record with strategic executive relationships at top semiconductor companies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale a worldwide Field Engineering organization with regional leaders.
• Own end-to-end technical journey across accounts worldwide from engagement to adoption.
• Oversee IP and EDA tool integrations into silicon design flows (RTL, synthesis, STA).
• Develop trusted relationships with senior technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Product Mgmt to translate feedback into features.
